The Silhouette Garden, Mount Charles School, St. Austell.

The ‘Silhouette Garden’ is now a ‘blank canvas’, ready for imaginative planting that I hope will continue to inspire the children, as well as function as a useful seating and waiting area for the school as a whole.

Gill Thorpe of Cornwall Signs (commissioned to cut and install the large coloured templates) had this to say on seeing the final work:

“Just to let you know I popped around to the school yesterday to have a look at the
figures.  They really look great.  I was more than surprised at how good.
Jobs on paper always look exciting but there’s nothing like seeing the real thing
I truly was amazed at how good it does look.”

( thanks to Christian and Joshua at PJ Services for building the raised beds onsite during July.)
